DAY 113

“A really great talent finds its happiness in execution.” -Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

Tonight we went to Vicki Garbett's for a lesson on knitting. She is a very talented lady. She recently knitted Camille a hat (DAY 71). She was a great teacher and a little ways into the lesson Camille said, "I thought this would be boring, but it's actually fun." I was a little concerned it wouldn't hold her attention, but we stayed a few hours and Camille really took to it quickly. She worked very diligently on it and the hat is already taking shape. I can't wait to see the finished product. Her strong willed personality can be a great thing when it's channeled properly. On the way home she suggested that maybe we could have a knitting party instead of a Justice Party for her birthday. I'm not sure about that, but I'm really glad she likes it so much! Thanks Vicki for being such a wonderful friend.
