Here's a healthy one for ya. I got this one at an Enrichment at church. I've been trying to add more fruits and veggies to the children's diet, especially since I learned that recommendations have changed. They are now saying we should get 9 servings of fruits & veggies daily. Little Man loved it. Pokey not so sure, but we'll keep at it. (FYI: I did add the flax seeds and you really can't tell.) Enjoy.
