One click leads you to another click. And so on and so forth. Hours can pass. And before you know it you are entwined in a never ending web of words.
A virtual world filled with infinite space. Hundreds upon millions of blogs out there. Nothing tangible, yet addicting and intoxicating all the same.
A daunting thought, isn’t it?
Original thoughts and ideas are rare. Creativity and talent at every turn.
How can I say anything that hasn’t already been said? This is the thought that has consumed my mind for the better part of weeks.
Then I received two of the most heartfelt notes.
Notes that boosted my spirits and made me remember why I blog.
We may not be a pulitzer prized author or candidate for top chef. We may not even be anything more than average. But we have the ability to reach out into a virtual world and make connections with women much like ourselves.
Whether we are college students, newlyweds, married with toddlers or teens, or entering the nesting years…
Today I am reminded that we are all on a similar journey, trying to make our way. And ultimately we are all seeking happiness and a sense of belonging.
From one fellow blogger to another, thank you. This journey is so much better with you in it.
