I was inspired by the hummingbird nests at More to Me. Unfortunately they were made with coconut. Not my fav. Then I found Easter Nest Treats over at Creative Inspiration made out of chow mein noodles, peanut butter, and chocolate. Three of my favorite foods. I added robin's eggs and voila.

What says spring more than a robin's nest? Yummy! And too stinkin cute to not make.

Canon 50D, Canon 50mm f/1.8, and Florabella's Halo action were used for these photos.

ReplyDeleteThey look delicious!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fantastic idea. And I love the colour contrasts - have always loved blue and brown together - they shouldn't look so good together but they DO!
ReplyDeleteI'm a fan of coconut, but chocolate, peanut butter & crunch are the ultimate combo! Must be tried! (Probably today!)
ReplyDeleteEvery one in this house loves chow mein noodles! A much better approach than the coconut, I think. Thanks for the shout out!
